"CANCELLATION POLICY:
a. 75% of The Total Amount of Rental Will be Refunded in case of any cancellations before 48hrs of the booking. 50% of amount will be refunded incase of cancellation within 48hrs to 24hrs of the booking. 25% will be refundable within 24hrs of booking.
b. Rs.500 Will be Deductible on Swiping/Change of Vehicle.
c. If Customer Doesn't Pick Up the Vehicle Within 06 Hours From the Pick up time then the Booking will be Treated as Cancelled and the customer will not be entitled for any refunds.
d. Cancellation refund amount will be credited within 07 Working Days from the Date of Cancellation.
e. The customer is entitled for no reimbursement incase of early dropping by any sole reasons on existing / ongoing bookings.
f. Workings & tele communication Hours: 6AM-11PM on all Working Days BUT CABS are available as per the bookings .
"The vehicle must be returned by the customer ,upon completion of the booking with fuel at the same level as at start of the booking. If the vehicle returned with lesser fuel than the fuel level at the start of the trip , then refueling Charge will be applicable.
Excessive refueling is on sole risk of customer & will not be responsible for reimbursing refueling charges.
